Had a breaker box that needed an emergent replacement yesterday. It was evaluated at 4 PM, and although the repair would take 4 hours, Mr. Zellner considered the safety of our family and the integrity of our home when making the decision to arrange for techs Tony and Alex to work late and get the job done. I appreciate the techs working late into the evening when their day should have ended at 3:30 PM.
